The fruits and vegetables are delivered in returnable containers. It is best to bring your own sturdy carrier bag!

Local

Few food miles because De Wikke's vegetables are grown in Herent and Heverlee. Purchased fruits and vegetables come from organically certified growers from Belgium, Europe and the Southern Hemisphere. Journeys are kept as short as possible.

Global

By supporting our farmers here, you also support local farmers in the South

Fair and fair trade

You pay only the producer's production and wages, no middlemen.

Social

Packages are put together by the employees of De Wikke, the organic and social horticulture project of bespoke Wonen en Werken.

In several KU Leuven locations, staff members, eco-teams and students are voluntarily rolling up their sleeves to be a collection point for the Groentetas. Collection is possible every Monday.
